Omega Aid is a feed supplement to help promote healthy skin and coat in cats. Omega Aid contains high levels of Omega 3. Also included are vitamin A, D, E, biotin, and Zinc all of which are essential for skin and coat maintenance and repair.

Omega Aid works by correcting any dietary fatty acid imbalances ensuring the supply of the correct nutrients to maintain a healthy skin and coat.

It is ideal for cats with dull or poor coats, or ‘scratchy’ skin.

Essential fatty acids, Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, are needed by the body just like vitamins. However, as the body cannot manufacture them they must be supplied by the diet. Fatty acids are major components of membranes such as skin, fur, nails & hair. The health of the skin and coat therefore depends on the type and properties of fatty acid available to them.
