Customers are advised that this website operates in line with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (CRD) with regards to online selling procedures. Please note that EU country specific VAT charges will now apply and this will be advised at checkout. Our prime objective is to ensure the safety of the customer with regards to the safe use of products. Our staff reserve the right to refuse any orders it may deem to not fit this criteria, or of a nature that may be unsafe in its volumes or capacity for misuse. Detailed instructions about the appropriate use of all products is available online. The company cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use or misuse of the products supplied.
By placing an order, the customer explicitly acknowledge an obligation to pay. Our payment gateway is designed so that your credit card details are never entered into our site, they are processed at Paypal/Stripe, which uses the latest encryption methods to ensure security of payment. We do not see your credit card details when ordering online, as all transactions are performed by Paypal/Stripe. We do not store any credit card details, so additions to orders that are already placed will require you to place a new, separate order. Note: the goods remain the property of the company until payment in full has been received.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The following are estimates of shipping and delivery charges at the date of publication of the terms and conditions and these are subject to change. Full details of shipping and delivery costs will be provided and confirmed at the time of ordering.
- Delivery Charges for Ireland; Orders over €60 = free delivery. Orders under €60 = €6.00
- Delivery Charges for the UK & Europe (excluding Germany); Orders over €110 = free delivery. Orders under €110 = €15.00
- Delivery Charges for the Rest of the World and Germany; Orders over €200 = free delivery. Orders under €200 = €25.00

Please note that certain weight carriage charges may apply but these will be advised at checkout.
Dispatch: over 90 percent of orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement. Please be sure to include any important delivery information/instructions at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. Delivery times are reliant upon normal delivery hours. It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched from Monday to Friday. Normally, a delivery time of 3-14 working days can be expected but it is unlikely to be no more than 30 days. In the event that delivery will take in excess of 30 days, we will contact you. Due to customs in South America and Australia, the delivery time can be up to a month or more. There are sometimes during the year that delivery could be delayed due to holidays. Note: the company reserves the right to increase the carriage charges in line with courier charges to specific jurisdictions.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & COMPLAINTS
Returns can be facilitated in line with online selling regulations. Therefore, a customer has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the goods (“cooling off period”). We will only accept notification of a return in writing by emailing: email@example.com Any cost of order return will be borne by the customer. The company has, at it’s discretion, the right to agree in writing that it will take back some or all of the order on assessment of the returned goods, once received by the company. The company will offer a credit/refund for the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of a returned goods, subject to the goods being returned in the original condition. In the event of any shortfall in delivery/damage to the goods received by the customer, notification must be sent to us within 3 days of receipt otherwise such claims cannot be entertained.
With regards to order cancellations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of making the order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will endeavour to cancel your order prior to shipping. Please bear in mind that, in most cases, orders are dispatched the next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be recalled and will have to be posted back at the expense of the customer. Once the packaging is in it’s original condition, a full refund minus postage will be provided within 14 days of order cancellation and subject to the goods being returned, if dispatch has already taken place, in its original condition.
For product complaints, please email email@example.com giving a detailed account of the complaint. Each complaint shall be dealt on a case by case basis. The company has, at it’s discretion, the right to agree in writing that it will take back some or all of the order on assessment of the complaint or of the returned goods. The company may, at it’s discretion, offer credit for the goods within 14 days, subject to the goods being returned in the original condition.
Every effort is made to maintain the list of products and prices quoted on this website however this is not always possible to guarantee supply or pricing. We reserve the right, therefore, to discontinue items listed and change prices as and when necessary. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. The terms and conditions are governed and construed in all aspects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights or entitlements under EU Regulations and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
