Essential fatty acids, called Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, are needed by the body, just like vitamins. However, as the body cannot manufacture them they must be supplied by the diet. Fatty acids are major components of membranes such as skin, fur, nails & hair. The health of the skin and coat therefore depends on the type and properties of fatty acid available to them.
Omega Aid provides a supplemental source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids plus vitamins A, D and E, which are beneficial for the maintenance of healthy looking skin and coats in dogs.

It is ideal for dogs with dull or poor coats, or ‘scratchy’ skin.
